Ct value is an indicator for nucleic acid detection to measure the concentration and infectivity of virus genes. When the concentration of viral genes is high, such as newly infected or severely ill patients, the Ct value will be low, and the viral infectivity will be higher; if the viral gene concentration is low, the Ct value will be high, and the infectivity will naturally be low. Medtimes PCR test will detect three different target genes of the virus to prevent errors in the test results, so there will have 3 Ct values on positive test reports (E Gene Ct, RdRP/S Gene Ct & ; N Gene Ct). 及早接種疫苗可有助減低感染HPV機會。由於HPV病毒主要經性接觸傳染，在未有性接觸前接種疫苗能提供較全面保護。而9-14歲接種可產生的免疫反應更強，故更應該提前做好準備。

即使只有一個性伴侶，仍有60%感染風險，而且使用安全套仍無法完全避免感染。若不幸感染HPV患病，更有機會影響將來生育甚至下一代。

世界衛生組織已認同兩種HPV疫苗的安全性，兩種疫苗都不含有病毒基因或任何具傳染性物質，並不會引致HPV病毒感染或引致相關疾病。

懷孕期間並不能接種HPV 9合1疫苗，若開始接種後發現懷孕，便應推遲接種時間。HPV感染有機會母嬰傳播，女士可根據醫生的建議於計劃懷孕前接種，而正在餵哺母乳期間可以接種HPV 9合1疫苗。

在香港，約8-10%的人口是乙型肝炎帶病毒者，這些帶病毒者有較高機會患上慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌。現時沒有藥物能治療急性肝炎，對某些慢性乙型及丙型肝炎患者，可能需要一些特別的藥物治療。

由於肺炎球菌有超過 90 種血清型，即使曾患上某一種血清型的感染，亦未必能對其他血清型產生免疫力。因此，如曾經患上侵入性肺炎球菌疾病，應根據其年齡及健康風險按時接種肺炎球菌疫苗。

嬰兒通常經受感染的照顧者透過直接接觸或飛沫傳播，初期病徵可能不明顯，與一般呼吸道疾病相似，如流鼻水、打噴嚏、輕微發燒和咳嗽。

百日咳疫苗對孕婦及胎兒是非常安全，孕婦可在妊娠第3期期間的任何時間進行接種，並以在懷孕35周前接種為佳，讓孕婦體內產生抗體，並讓胎兒在生產前能從母親身上得到足夠抗體，以作最佳保護。如孕婦於懷孕期間未有接種任何百日咳疫苗，建議盡快於產後接種，避免染上百日咳、傳播給初生嬰兒。

因為生蛇的主要原因是患者身體內潛伏的水痘病毒蘇醒，所以生蛇是不會直接傳染的。但要留意，對於未感染過水痘、或未接種過水痘疫苗的人，若接觸生蛇病人的分泌物，或受其分泌物污染的物件，便有機會受感染而出現水痘。尤其要注意，患者應避免接觸免疫力較弱人士，如孕婦及小孩。

根據美國CDC研究顯示，即使曾經生蛇的人，也有機會復發；所以曾經生蛇的人士可以康復後，接種生蛇疫苗。

當然不是，潛伏於神經線的水痘病毒之所以會蘇醒，主要是與免疫力下降有關。雖然老年人免疫力較弱，但年青人、壯年人也會生蛇。除了年齡及免疫力疾病因素，不良生活習慣如熬夜、飲食不定時、缺少運動等，均為生蛇高發人群。

流感由社區上流行的流感病毒所引致，是一種急性呼吸道疾病，症狀往往比普通的感冒更為嚴重，有機會導致嚴重的併發症、住院或甚至死亡。
