Features

Injection Frequency

      Inject once daily, without the need to time medication with meals.

      To establish a good medication routine, it is recommended to inject at the same time each day.

      The starting dose should be 0.6mg; the doctor may gradually increase the dose based on your tolerance. Once the dose reaches 3.0mg, it can be maintained.

Storage Instructions

      Unused injection pens should be stored in the refrigerator (2°C-8°C).

      Used injection pens can be stored at room temperature (below 30°C) or in the refrigerator (2°C-8°C) for up to one month.

      Before opening, store in a refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C). Do not place in the freezer.
       After opening, store at room temperature (59°F to 86°F or 15°C to 30°C) or in the refrigerator (36°F to 46°F or 2°C to 8°C) for 6 weeks.
       When not in use, please replace the pen cap and keep away from heat sources and light.

Side Effects

Like other medications, it may cause some adverse reactions, but these do not necessarily occur in everyone.

      Those with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2).

      Individuals who have had a serious allergic reaction to liraglutide or any components of Saxenda®.

     Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

The following individuals should not use this medication:

      Those with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN 2).

      Individuals who have had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide or any components of Ozempic®.

     Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
