3. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up.
4. Promotion offer is subjected to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
5. The payment is non-refundable and the purchased plan cannot exchange for cash.
6. The promotion is subject to change without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, the matters are subjected to the final decision of Medtimes Medical Group.
