1.Promotion ends on 21/7/2022, customers must complete their bookings on or before 21/7/2022, and complete payment and attend the according services on or before 21/9/2022.
2. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up.

4. Refund for purchased services is not applicable in all circumstances.
