2. Elders age 65 or above with valid HKID card or Certificate of Exemption, can use Health Care Voucher; please call 3585 8533 for booking in order to use.
3. Customers could collect supermarket vouchers in Medtimes Medical Services Centre on the day of check up.
4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
5. Refund for purchased services is not applicable in all circumstances.
