2. Free vaccine are to be used on the same day as the health check appointment.
3. Promotion is valid in Medtimes Medical Services Centre only.
4. Promotion cannot be used with other promotion services or exchange for cash.
5. Promotion offer is subjected to a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
