Intended Use:
The test kit is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) multiplex real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) test intended for the qualitative detection of Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 viruses (SARS-CoV-2), Influenza viruses (Flu A, Flu B, Flu C), Human metapneumovirus (hMPV), Human parainfluenza viruses (PIV-1, PIV-2, PIV-3, PIV-4), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Adenoviruses (AdV), and Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) from human nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, anterior nasal swab, mid-turbinate and sputum specimens from individuals with signs and symptoms of infection who are suspected of respiratory infection by their health care provider.
