Symptoms include tiredness, fever, cough, conjunctivitis and white spots in the mouth. After three to seven days, erythema appeared on the face and gradually spread to the whole body. Complications caused by measles include otitis media, pneumonia, bronchitis, and encephalitis, which can be fatal in severe cases.

mumps

Symptoms include fever, swelling and pain in one or both parotid glands. Patients may develop meningitis or hearing loss. If infected during puberty, it can lead to complications such as orchitis or oophoritis, which may affect fertility.

Measles

Symptoms are generally mild and include fever, headache, rash, and swollen lymph glands behind the ears and in the neck. Sometimes there may be no symptoms, and you may not be aware of the infection. Complications include arthritis, thrombocytopenia, and encephalitis.

Measles can cause abnormalities in a growing fetus. If a pregnant woman is infected with rubella in the first trimester of pregnancy, her baby may suffer from congenital rubella syndrome. Symptoms include deafness, blindness, heart defects and mental retardation.
